Welcome to your home in Montreal and Quebec City

The purpose of this service is to select an accommodation that the expatriate and his family will live in upon their arrival in Montreal or Quebec City. These accommodations can be furnished, fully equipped and with services (electricity; gas, internet, TV, local telephone…), or unfurnished.

We select several units corresponding to the criteria expressed (size, location, duration, budget).

Our Counselor personally video calls the expat while personally visiting the accommodations. We book the selected home and we arrange the lease signature.

Our Counsellor welcomes the expatriate in their accommodation on the day of arrival, (reception is provided 7 days a week between 9 am and 9 pm). She hands over the keys and gives lots of useful information about the neighbourhood. She checks the inventory and makes a walkthrough visit (file and photos).
